On average, families throw out $2,000 of food a year. That’s a lot of lettuce!! Join us for this unplugged, pre-recorded lesson and food demonstration where participants will challenge their perceptions of food waste, explore food waste reduction ideas, and discover how easy it is to repurpose food scraps into a scrumptious dish. Recipes will be provided so participants can make the demonstrated dishes at home.
