Participants of all ages are welcome!
Use telescopes to observe Saturn and the Moon! McAuliffe Center staff are available to answer your questions about telescopes and our Universe.
Important Information:
This event is weather-dependent. In case of inclement weather or conditions inconducive for observing, this event will be cancelled.
Parking is available in the Salem End Lot and unmarked spaces in McCarthy Center lot. Once parked, follow Framingham State University’s signs and the McAuliffe Center’s yard signs to Crocker Hall. Interactive Campus Map.
Upcoming Community Stargazing dates:
Massachusetts STEM Week 2024 will take place from October 21 – 25, and is a statewide collaborative effort organized by the Executive Office of Education and the STEM Advisory Council in partnership with the state’s nine Regional STEM Networks, like MetroWest STEM Education Network (managed by the McAuliffe Center), which plan and coordinate activities with local school communities, community leaders, and business partners.
