Heat Watch Campaign
Hybrid Training Session
Wednesday, June 28
6:00pm - 7:00pm
O’Connor Hall at Framingham State University
AND Remotely via Zoom
All volunteers are required to attend a mandatory one-hour training session to participate in the Framingham, Natick, Ashland, and Holliston Heat Watch Campaign led by the Christa McAuliffe Center at Framingham State University.
The McAuliffe Center is leading a group of local cities and towns including Framingham, Natick, Ashland, and Holliston and partners with the Metropolitan Area Planning Council (MAPC) to contribute to the 2023 Heat Watch Campaign sponsored by NOAA in collaboration with Climate Adaptation Planning and Analytics (CAPA).
Heat Watch campaigns are designed to be collaborative, and the McAuliffe Center is recruiting volunteers to collect data for one day with us this summer in mid-July.
