Participants of all ages are welcome!

Use telescopes to observe the night sky! McAuliffe Center staff are available to answer your questions about telescopes and our Universe.

This event is part of Massachusetts Space Week 2026, themed “Reaching the Sky,” organized by The Space Consortium. You can explore the full program and all ticketed events here. Attendees are kindly asked to complete a short (1-minute) Space Week Attendee Information Form.

Important Information:

  • This event is weather-dependent. In case of inclement weather or conditions inconducive for observing, this event will be canceled.

  • Parking is available in the Salem End Lot and unmarked spaces in McCarthy Center lot. Once parked, follow Framingham State University’s signs and the McAuliffe Center’s yard signs to May Hall. Interactive Campus Map.
